Our visit to this pub was not so great. We would like to bring to your attention a matter that left us with a rather unfortunate impression. As newcomers to this pub, we regrettably encountered behavior from the manager that we deem unprofessional and discourteous. Our unfamiliarity with the system led to us inadvertently attempting to place an order from our seating area, to which the manager responded in a manner that we perceived as impolite, instructing us to approach the counter instead, as this is not a conventional restaurant setting. She did not choose correct words.
As patrons seeking an enjoyable experience, we must express our disappointment at the manner in which we were addressed. Such treatment left us feeling disheartened, as we had come with the intention of having a pleasant time, yet were disheartened by the interaction.
We believe it is essential for any establishment to foster an atmosphere of respect and hospitality towards all visitors, regardless of their level of familiarity with the establishment's procedures.
