We arrived at RSA Waiheke about 5.30 and ordered 2 steak meals and drinks. I asked for a food number she said she'd deliver as it was very quiet. A few more people came in, we finished our drinks ordered mire from the bar and noticed other people at nearby table arriving later had their food. We went chasing staff, and she said the meal was at the nearby kitchen. Should have realized it had been sitting there as veges cold, steak rubbery. Ate it as hungry. We were asked how meal was before paying. Said it was cold and tough steak. No apology, paid full price. Should have skipped without paying meal was so bad

Good place to meet locals, everyone seems to know each other. Reasonable price for food and drinks. It is a members club but if you are a visitor you can be signed in as a visitor. Friday night is club night and usually very busy. The restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday.

Restaurant used to have fabulous meals. Don't know what happened but would never go again for lunch. Why has it. Changed?

Nice club, but the beer prices are a rip off. Had a jug of Admiral's Dark their so called craft beer and was charged $24. This is an RSA not an upmarket craft beer bar. And the beer was only ordinary, very tasteless. Was I ripped off, or do you charge exorbitant prices on all your beers?

The best staff and service. Love the atmosphere they generate in there.

Good food and a good night out

Nice to see the old RSA painted and decluttered. We enjoyed a reasonably priced and nicely cooked meal with family and found the service friendly. Basic food but well made and presented.
