Our group has been before and enjoy it that is why we return. We did make a booking and were told that there was a large group booking for the time that we were booking so we followed the suggestion given and booked to arrive 15mins before. That meant that our order was taken and delivered before the large group were wanting theirs. The food is always delicious and a good portion size. We will go again.

Absolutely first class communication from Tavern staff throughout. We opted for a counter lunch, which offered an excellent menu with prompt and courteous service. The venue is warm, inviting, casual and full of local valley history.

Firstly, the old well in the middle of the restaurant was pretty interesting. Secondly, tried the nachos and they were a delight! Got them plain with the awesome cheese sauce (its a yummy, runny cheese sauce, none of that grated and melted usual bits of cheese on regular nachos) and topped them up with bits of bacon! Minus one star cos they got our order wrong the first time.

Lovely that they open the doors on ANZAC day early so that we can have breakfast after the dawn service. Great atmosphere

We had the seafood platter, $65. Compared to other seafood platters we've had in the past, this one was very disappointing. The shrimps were out of a picket as were the fish bites. They have also cut back on the amount of food, but price remains high. Other food on the platter was tasty.

We often frequent the Valley Inn for a meal or two, and on this occasion, it was still the same excellent service by all staff, not to mention the waitress having to remember 10 meals (without having to write anything down) all meals arrived in a prompt manner, and all were perfect. We highly recommend the Valley inn for a great dining experience. Sorry didn't take any photos of our meals, as they were too good to stop eating....A++++ Cheers Mike Dow

I went with a group of ladies. The meals are good basic pub type food. The poor waitress was very busy but super friendly and the coffee is great. Also plenty of parking.

Had the daily special on Sunday, which was the roast dinner. Included a glass of wine and all for $24. Great deal and great meal. Our waitress was very good as well.

This was my first time going to the valley inn for lunch and I would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family. The service was excellent and given by friendly and helpful staff. The meal was delicious and value for money. I would go back again. We ordered the antipasto plater and a side dish of pork bites. So a big thank you to the staff for an enjoyable lunch and afternoon.

Good place to chill and beer! It's a very cozy pub. Also a good place for family dinner. We order the day special- steak and burger with fries. The steak is good and in good price, including a pint of beer or a glass of house wine for just $24! It's a super value price! The staffs are very nice and kind! Good service! Definitely want to try other item on the menu next time😆

Cool old style pub. Really cool atmosphere inside. Unfortunately the bar food let it down. Everything that had been through the deep fryer tasted like gone off fish. Well past time for new oil.

Just stopped in for coffee and dessert. Friendly service with a good coffee and yummy dessert made for an enjoyable stop. We're looking forward to the next visit.

Still enjoy going there. Food is good. Staff really nice. The outside could do with a good tidy up. Plants dying and lots of weeds. Looks scruffy.
