I've been coming here for my coffees the past few months! Highly recommend, the service is amazing, very quick and they are consistent, my second visit and they remembered my order! Bonus that the coffee sizing is generous and affordable. Keep up the fab work!

Cheap eats on menu, but very basic, toasted bread not buttered but comes with butter 🧈 on a $10 breakfast, including 2 poached eggs. Venue is cold and parts of it have a breeze flowing through on a cold Southerly or Northerly day. Customer service has improved hugely with smiling and helpful front of house team. The filtered coffee is better than on Air New Zealand, which is a bonus.

Zero stars on food. Purchased avo and poached eggs on sourdough. The eggs were over poached and hard. Complained immediately and was told because I had cut the eggs that I would have to order and pay again because that is the policyI have not eaten the food, it is not what expected. Had i started eating I would have kept my mouth shut.
I have owned and worked for almost 30 years in restaurants, cafes and bars. Also am a valued member of HANZ and competition judge. I have never encountered this response from a manager in any country around the world. Under the consumer guarantees act this establishment is in the wrong and should have immediately offered a replacement or full refund. This type of service and food is disgusting and will file a report with HANZ
I would not recommend to anyone the food in this establishment.

Went for lunch today. Service was fast and friendly. Pizza was great. Exceeded my expectations.

A glich in their system meant our orders didn't get processed. A staff member attended to us after about 45 mins and found why we weren't eating! They replaced our order but only one was delivered as requested, other was taken from the snack menu. Staff were very apologetic and gave all at our table (4) coffee and cakes to share. Reimbursing the cost of the meal not delivered means we have faith in this cafe and will try it again.

They have great pies but could have them hot for lunches not microwaved to heat up.

Tried to get to the stadium and stayed for a beer.. Trax never had it so goooooood! You're welcome!

Good location (ground floor of Wellington Railway Station), good selection of beer, standard pub and cafe fare. I like the cafe, outdoor and pub seating options.

Friend and I had had coffee and a pie at Trax cafe. Coffee was good but pies were not heated well. Could've done with a longer zap.We didn't say anything to staff, yes, should've but will make sure we ask next time for the pies to be heated for longer.
Cafe was clean and thats a big plus for me. Cheers.
