10/10 would recommend, the best service, was greeted so warmly when we entered and treated so beautifully by all staff.. Omg the beef cheek was to die for! So melt in your mouth perfect ??'? I will 100% be coming back, thank you for the amazing service and food ❤️

Not a great experience. Three meals bought out together and fries for the forth at the same time. Waited for the forth meal and had to ask where it was. Arrived and was cold. Returned it and had to ask what happened to it. Was told the meal was being heated. Not prepared to pay $60.00 approximately for a main meal that has to be reheated and still cold.

Dined alone last Thursday . Decided to try the Seafood Linguine which according to the menu had " fried fish , garlic prawns , seared scallops " in it.
Got 2 small pieces of fried fish , 2 prawns and 1 solitary scallop.
Everything nicely cooked , but the small amounts of seafood was not worth the $36 cost .

Food is quality, we had the beef and pork burgers. The beef pattie, had no real flavours which is a shame and i wouldnt order it again, the pork was amazing.

Bartender Rhianna rendered outstanding service! If only the rest would follow suit...

I attended a "Stand-up Comedy" night. Great atmosphere, wonderful food, and wonderful servers on the job.
For the Comedy night... the sound system SUCKED!!!... Understanding this was the second time holding... barely anyone attended. YET over 10+ comedians turned up.
The first night the week before was packed. Lack of numbers this week reflected that power sound system failing... hoping addressed next time.

Random popin for dinner and managed to get a table for 2.
Seated with menus and orders taken in a good amount of time.
Bar filled up quickly for an event night, and food was still bought out in good time.
The food!!!!! Fresh, soft, tasty salt and pepper squid that had us nodding st each other in agreement of just how good they were!!!
Seafood linguine was amazing!!! Fresh, beautifully cooked seafood and nicely creamy pasta.
Was a wee bit hard to pay for our meals due to the crowd ordering drinks, maybe a designated food order/ payment zone would help.

Was kind of disappointed in the way one of the waitresses spoke to my table. We came in for a late staff dinner (booked ahead about 2 weeks) 20 pax . Most of the steak related meals came out under cooked (almost raw) and very little portions , our table had no cutlery...when we let the waitress know she commented rudely :"l can't do everything at once". We work in hospo and understand it gets hard but the way she spoke to my table wasn't nice. She didn't smile and just looked mad the entire time. Overall 50% of the food was delicious and we had a great time just the server we had wasn't the greatest and some of the food was very overpriced for the size you got. Overall 6/10

Food overpriced for serving size. Cocktails were overpowered by the alcohol which is a good thing if you're wanting to get drunk I guess, but not so if you're after a tasty cocktail.

I couldn't recommend this place any more! The menu looked so good that we couldn't choose so we got the platter to share and its not often this happens but everything was flawless! There wasn't a single food on that platter that wasn't 10/10. Even the fries were amazing! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND eating here! The staff were also so kind and didn't bother us at all when they were trying to close and we were so deep in conversation, it was the first time I had seen my father in a very long time and they just cleaned around us and not once mentioned they wanted is to leave. Thanks team for an incredible night!

Excellent customer service. Excellent food. We ordered the market fish and chips. It was very good, chips were crispy as it should be, chicken was finger lickin good. We asked for extra sauce and got a good top up.
We will be back The Longkeeper...you are worth our trip! Keep it up! 😀

Visited for dinner with a friends. The service was great & the food was superb with beautiful presentation and wide range of wine and beer, Will come back again!
