It's been a few years since I had been here. The staff were super friendly, clean and great wall art. A complimentary bar snack was kindly brought to our table... Was a good bar

I had the ribs, flavour was wonderful. However the meat didn't come off the bone easily. Half hour longer in the oven would have done it.

It's an old basic pub, best you RTD instead of getting poured spirits.

Ribs flavour was lovely, unfortunately ribs presented individually which always sets off alarm bells. The ribs were trimmed so severally there was no meat left on the ribs. No doubt the chef used my lunch to make another dish. It wasn't a lunch special meal either as was full price $20. Lovely flavour just left feeling hungry.

On behalf of the Manawatu MX5 Club we had a fantastic place to have a group dinner. Very helpful staff went out of there way to make a great dinner night. Food and beverages were fantastic.
A huge thank and we will be back.
