Brenda and Marie were very helpful and friendly. Food and service great. The chicken wrap and chicken burger highly recommend. Atmosphere great.

We stopped for lunch. Typical old pub decor. The food was very ordinary but the staff were efficient and very friendly

Awesome place to stop for a drink and a feed! Comfy couches, good wifi and very well priced food and drinks. Best bowl of chips we've had in ages, tasty and massive serving. Highly recommend stopping by and supporting a good local family pub in a awesome historic building with great view of the river

Awesome place to spend an afternoon! The beer is cold, the staff are super friendly, and the seating area is spacious and comfortable! Also the location is super handy for anyone looking for the quintessential NZ hotel location near the city centre!
