The food was great and at an excellent price point. However, the service left a lot to be desired. Staff prioritised talking to each other, rather than serving customers. Water was not offered, we were not meal checked and our plates weren't cleared. We were also not offered dessert or second drinks or told of any specials. I hope management can train staff on the basics because I really think this place could flourish.

Love this place it's our new favourite went with the family. So accommodating for kids great playground just outside a big window to watch them play and the service was outstanding so friendly and helpful. Food was really nice and kids menu was better than expected they really go out of their way. Nice casual atmosphere it's an art gallery and restaurant in one - so cool. Highly recommend and will definitely be going back. Thanks so much Team

Service was terrible, wife went to order food for 2 adults and child. Was told we couldn't order off the kids menu as it's for kids only. Had explain it was for our child. Even though we sitting less then 2 meters away.

We used to go quite often (we haven't in awhile) just so our boy could play in the play ground. This is so run down and on verge of dangerous. The fort now only has a slide the swings and pole ar missing there was road cones and road signs just on the ground and the play house was used a a storage shed for mats. On top of the there was mushrooms growing out of the bark

The bar staff are a good laugh. Good vibes when the footy is on. The BBQ menu is average & the service was rather poor as we waited over an hour for our food to arrive. 3/10

Ordered the beast for 3 adults.
The food was great but the small amount of slaw and waffle chips served was a bit disappointing.
Food was served quickly, overall was good. Maybe just make the servings bigger as it cost close to $100

Tremendous. Went for the steak special on Thursday night. Perfectly cooked rare steak.

We had lunch there today, I had a Tai Beef salad. It was delicious! Generous portion, perfectly cooked beef. Gorgeous seasoning. My husband had chicken burger. He can be hard to please. All ingredients he was happy with, right amount of sauces right kind of cheese... "Every thing was just right " Our son had, half rack ribs. Very tender very tasty and not too much sauce. The service was prompt and friendly and the meals came out in good time. We will go back.

Absolutely terrible place what a bunch of jokers Worst management, they accepted fault for our order being screwed up then they come to a resolution of nothing! Disappointed this is my local. Overly greasy too.

We had the beast platter - just wow absolutely beautiful, shared between 2 adults and 4 kids and had left overs. Value for money, the pork was amazing 20/10.

Serious disappointment all round sadly & wow what a waitress NOT! Incredibly lazy, rude and loud. As we all sat at the table listening to her speak about us to the kitchen staff because we asked questions. Apparently she was totally busy and run off her feet however my photos reveal we were the only ones there! Unprofessional to say the least. And to mention the food ....was greasy and unappetizing. Embarrassed to call this our Local and the 1 star I've given it is over rated

My ribeye steak was cooked to perfection, ??'? how i ordered, my compliments to their chef, best steak I've had!. Everyone in our group had no compliments, we were all happy campers for my birthday dinner. The Bower has a play area for the kids, and it is Dog Friendly. 😃
