Popped in for a drink. Loved the staff, they were friendly and efficient. The bar and toilets were really clean and tidy. If sports is your thing, you've got it all on the screens here. We didn't have a meal but there were plenty of people chowing down and it all smelt good!

Very quick with the meal, There was 9 of us.. Didn't have to wait very long at.. Food was hot and tasty

Great hospitality, hands on owners and friendly staff at all times. Food is authentic American diner style, and lives up to itself. Buttermilk Fried chicken and brioche bread is banging.

Good place to pop in and get a draught and something to eat. Friendly waitstaff. I was intrigued by the idea of sweet potato/cheddar bites and they didn't disappoint. Menu changes but the attached gives you an idea.

Had table booked as very busy night. The meal was 1st class with the freshest fish I've tasted in a long time. More than reasonable prices. Totally recommend The Baaa.

Hospitality was top of the mark , staff were awesome, food ie the ribs and chicken , no words for so so tastey , 12/10 top effects for staff and chief, keep it up , that's why we keep coming back

The staff were amazing you could tell they were actually happy to be at work, funny and chattie. The atmosphere was welcoming and warm very family friendly. The food was outstanding very generous portions had to take away. 10/10 will always be a must when we go to Dunedin and will be staying at the Cable Court Hotel a three minute walk also with amazing staff and facilities.

Really friendly team. We visited on a busy Friday evening and were seated quickly and offered food and drinks. Warm and friendly waitress, nice cold beer, good food and was toasty on a chilly night.
Good environment, sport on the telly, good pokies and TAB area. Will come back

Had the open sandwiches from the lunch menu. Steak was quiet chewy and a bit hard to eat. That said the chips tasted great and we were served by a very friendly employee.
