A great place and atmosphere for kids but unfortunately every time we go we experience the same poor customer service from the girl on the front counter. Never any hellos, thank yous, or apologies (second time now they have run out of glasses and i couldn't order a drink despite 3 requests throughout the evening). Wouldn't kill you to crack a smile once in a while!

Definitely worth taking the family to good prices chill atmosphere friendly and helpful staff with a variety of things to do. Kids had a blast and it didn't break the bank..

What an awesome atmosphere! Huge shout out to the great staff that make this place the really awesome place it is. We brought a group along tonight a had the best time - and the staff were top notch people, incredibly professional and very cool attitude. I can't recommend this crew and this business enough! Good fun place, lots of activities, but can add up price wise.

So good!! The deals the pins the yarns and laughs. Just great. Definitely a recommendation!! And if that wasn't enough the hospitality is mostly on point. Only negative is the arcade needs some more games lol

Great fun, Great atmosphere and Great value! As a Family with 2 younger children it's the best for us to have found a place where we all have a genuinely good time 🙌🏾 whether it be encouraging or psyching eachother out in the lanes, cheering like it's the World Cup for a gutter ball 🥳🤣
Or going all out to take one another down (or rise to power through alliance if you're cunning like miss 7 😉) at laser tag.
We also enjoyed seeing the diversity of ages within the groups enjoying the place on Saturday Night! The young the Bold and the in between and all having a blast! We're yet to try the burgers but they smelled divine ???"🤤 but will update on that as we've already planned our next trip back ???- The Staff are the bow that tie the whole place together 🎁 we appreciate you all.

First time here bloody awesome, bowling is 56 dollars for 2 adults and 2 children. there is also laser tag in the building a burger bar, arcade, bumper cars will cost $8 PER PERSON. Totally loved it

Great spot for a weekend outing. Aside from tenpin bowling there is also a gaming arcade, gaming lounge, laser tag and a burger bar. My only criticism is that some of the bowling lanes play up from time to time meaning you can lose a bit of clock. Although with the way I usually play, it's probably for the best!

It was fine. And not in a negative way. Shoes were comfortable and used velcro which was unique. Seats for the bowling alley were lovely.

But the highlight? The staff. And when I say staff, I mean this one guy who did such a great job. He was friendly, informative, and incredibly considerate.

I was lookin to get some water so I asked him about it. Now he could've sold me the extortionately priced bottled water, but he just offered me the free water cooler just around the corner.

Now that's integrity.

That's just one of the many things he did for me. If he doesn't partially own the place, give him a much needed raise because he deserves it.

Very clean and tidy. Great staff. Alot of fun on the bumper cars and ten pin bowling but make sure you pre-book the ten pin bowling. Would do it again.

Great experience with lots of fun with friends. Was a bit crammed around the table when bowling. Had to squeeze past those sitting on the seats which also felt like we were going to fall through when sitting down.

Well maintained lanes and machines. Clean premises considering the high volume of daily visitors. Friendly and helpful staff- we were assisted within 1 minute of hitting the buzzer. Good facilities, toilets were clean and well serviced. Reasonably priced games all round. Ample parking. Unique arcade + payment + prize system. There's also a pool table and an air hockey table if that's your style. Incredibly affordable and surprisingly tasty food from the pizzeria. They even have flippin' Laser Tag!! Couldnt ask for more.
Highly Recommended for hours of fun filled distraction in the heart of the city. Very child friendly. Good for large groups or small.

Great entertainment venue. Pool tables look like they have had a tidy up. Bowling lanes are great, and a recent addition of an expanded Gaming Arcade caps it off. Some of the Gaming machines are a bit older, but staff were great when we complained about one in particular (stopped working on us).
