Unimpressed with the service here. Tab Glen Eden is way behind the fast moving digital world. The website told me to go to an 'id verify' branch and that happens to be Glen Eden but when I get there the staff member doesn't know how to do it so just turns me away and says come back tomoro when someone else is there. They need to properly train their staff on the processes! Or even how to order alternatives like other branches etc.

Did a good job with the Melbourne cup promo and in general service racing and sports betting more than adequately but they only have a limited number of gaming machines in their gaming lounge and the machines are controlled by a group of unemployed homeless who make it difficult uncomfortable to stop by for a tap as they hog the machines and tag team to keep others off the free machines.
