Not impressed! The staff were very unaware of correct customer service protocol. Our booking was stuffed up and the blame was put on us instead of the staff taking ownership of their mistakes! Not to mention we were unable to play in the arcade due to the fact they had no arcade cards!

Super fun team event with Harcourts Hutt Valley!

Such a cool place for gaming and entertainment. Food was great, we had pizza and fries and drinks. Friendly service and atmosphere.

Kids had an amazing birthday party playing laser tag. We have kids 2yrs through to 8yrs and they all enjoyed it (and parents got to go in to supervise little one). Kids loved it. Highly reccomend this place.

Came here to celebrate my birthday on the 17th of March and the people working that night made sure it was one to remember and enjoyable. Everyone was kind and awesome and even gave me free game of bowling!! Would definitely recommend coming here to celebrate your birthday :))

Amazing place. Was there with my wives Xmas do and it has changed in a great way. Arcade area and the food and drinks are fantastic. But the staff are even cool.

Great place for family fun. Good lanes, although i feel the upstairs lanes are for the more social player, and our lot can get a bit competitive, lol. Good customer service.
We had a shared platter, which was great value. Loved the big tube drink as well. It was a wonderful fun family day out.

Great staff and venue made for an awesome work xmas function.
A good amount of bowling lanes on ground level and upstairs, i didnt go in, but i want to come back for laser tag sometime.
The arcade seemed to have a good variety of games, and there's even an 18+ area if you wanna gamble.
The lane side soft drink dispensers are good idea, and well designed!
The only change i would suggest is to not serve/offer greasy finger food to people bowling, made for some slippery sets 😅

Had a trial run Bowling to see if our Riley would like it and to have his 5th Birthday Party there. He loved it. Had a absolute Ball Beat mum n Nan baby sister was his cheerleader, service was exceptional so we Booked a party...$25 a head food n drink all provided...can't wait ..

Rating based entirely on bike parking:

There is absolutely no where to park a bike outside this place. There are no bike racks, not even a helpful post or fence.

However, the staff did let me stash my bike inside in a back corner. This was convenient but not very secure.

Phenomenal service from the blonde bloke with long hair/no glasses, put up with a veteran drinking crowd coming in for a bowling competition. He was dealing with empty kegs, upset crowd, and thirsty people. Who ever that young man is, is absolutely amazing. Deserves a pay raise. Absolutely outstanding!

Went to a family event held there. It was booked in advance and paid for but it seems the team were not prepared for us. We did have fun and the staff serving drinks were friendly and helpful. Food booked was delayed in coming out . Would use again but would confirm booking and food ordered

Brilliant place to take the kids. Good number of lanes and selection of balls to use. Kids can have barriers to try prevent gutterballs. Food selection is all pretty much fried but kids love that and they have a good selection of drinks.
