Good atmosphere, TAB, plenty of parking. All in all, not a bad place to spend a bit of time socialising.

I have a complaint about the Bar woman known as Jackie who was serving on Saturday night, 24th October 2022, between 5pm and closing
She was being racial with comments and serving of our adults who had come from Australia and around New Zealand
They had also spent $2000.00 towards your organization to be treated in the manner that she had given our whanau (family)she had a English Accent and her Customer Service was very abrupt, prejudice in what she said
"you lot over there"
I am sure within your policies and procedures of the RSA and Workingmens Clubs that there are retributions for your workers and their Customer Services

We the whanau look forward to hearing from you as I know I am sure she will have her own story

Really disappointed by the attitude towards our family by a bar staff member. We spent over $2000 and were treated like second class citizens, probably because we are maori.

Our family are well known and prominent in greytown therefore we know the area well and people too.

Issues below

1. Bar lady asked us to take our glasses up to Bar (we were the only group to be asked)
2. Bar lady repeated to then watch TV on the screen
3. Bar lady was happily serving drinks to an intoxicated local with no shoes on
4. Bar lady gave our group attitude

A formal letter was sent to trustees as dress code & responsible service of alcohol policies need review and staff members need to have more training on customer service and updated on anti discrimination laws.

Sad to say we won't support this establishment again.

What an awesome place to meet some locals, and socialise at a club for the locals.

Group of 8 went for an outing on a Wednesday. Arrived approx 11.30am and left after 4pm. Played pool and darts. Was allowed to take food in as no catering at that time. Lovely staff and pleasant surroundings.

Awesome club. We were in town for 1 night and went for a meal here. Phoned ahead and Ariana was so helpful over the phone and again when we arrived.
I didn't get the lady's name in the restaurant but she was awesome. It was my mother in laws birthday (84) and she made her feel really special with a birthday candle on her dessert. The service and hospitality here was second to none and I highly recommend it to everyone. The club itself is clean and pleasant with friendly staff and patrons. So much more inviting than the local bar. Oh and the meals were YUMMY! :-)

Have had a great afternoon at the Greytown Cozzie Club. Thank you so much Vicki for your great hospitality and the rest of the members for being so friendly. Have absolutely loved our time here
