Worst place ever. Staff rude . Atmosphere non existent. Day core old . For a Saturday evening the place was dead.
I had 30 guests with me eating at the restaurant they flatly refused to serve any alcoholic drinks ,
Coke, water unless someone had a card on them from a affiliated club. They wonder why the RSA is closing down .

Unfortunately will be the last time we visit this restaurant...the food quality was poor the selection was poor and it felt really downgraded but still paying full price really disappointed 😞

Actually went to One Tree restaurant which is in the same building. Buffet meals, very good choices and excellent attentive staff. Have been there numerous times.

Very good selection of hot yummy food, prawns were a little messy to eat!!! Staff efficient and friendly.

Was there a month ago for 80th and everyone really enjoyed it. Went back last Wednesday and very disappointed. Ham was dry and not cut, meat dishes tasted as though just out of freezer and heated, vege dishes also appeared unfresh. Loved the big prawns and the seafood soup. Canceled Christmas booking.

Went to The Oak Tree haven't been for a few yrs and thought it was over priced then but now its just undesirable food on offer. Hot dishes too salty or just unappealing, desserts tasted like plastic. So we won't be back 😕 but it was busy so doubt it will be much of a loss for them .

Kai was ok. Pudding was budget as.... straight from supermarket shelves. Service was minimal. Water jugs not refilled. We cleared most of our own dishes, even sliced our own ham.

We had a lovely buffet lunch there today for just $24. Good value, if you're hungry and a wide range of lovely dishes to choose from. The staff were very excellent, responsive and efficient.
The room that was reserved for our group was used for the meal and a meeting and served the purpose wonderfully. It had heat pumps to cool the place down to a pleasant temperature.

Celebrated a birthday there.
Staff were good, drinks poor and expensive.
Food, good selection of tasty but ordinary food.
Better effort could be made with decorations to bring this venue to a whole new level.

Enjoyed time with family. Great service and food was fresh.
