Never have I had such a terrible experience eating out. McDonalds has better customer service than this place. Booked for 8:30PM for myself and my partner using a Grabone voucher. We waited till 10PM for our food, and it's not like they were packed they were quiet most of the time. The wait wasn't worth it as the portion of chips and chicken from their Chicken Parmigiana wouldn't feed a 5-year-old. I wouldn't pay $12 for it let alone the $21.50 price tag is has, the chicken was dry and rubbery. Not once were we asked if we were ok, our existence was barely acknowledged other than a few glances, I had to ask twice for any confirmation of a meal heading our way. Now I know we used a Grabone voucher but that is no excuse to treat new potential future customers like a burden that would negatively affect any future visits. I'll be calling Gordon Ramsay in the morning to shoot an episode of Kitchen Nightmares.

Terrible!! Went to take advantage of the $35 Groupon deal and ended up leaving. The wine was off, and then food took 55min to come out! To top it off it came out COLD with COLD onion flavoured gravy after we specifically requested no onion!! Staff were nice but very new and not all that helpful unfortunately. Bar also smelt of cigarettes all through the restaurant. Came home smelling like an ash try and I don't even smoke. Yuck.
