Good place and good drinks. I'm still pretty terrible at the game but even so, I had a good time and was even helped by Gemma when she noticed how terrible I was doing! 10/10 would go again.

Had 1 bad experience in past with pins. But very impressed by how they responded and improved. Why choose after having bad experiences? Because I have been going there since last 5 years. For that reason I gave it a try and I am happy that they listen to my complaints and took appropriate steps to resolve the issue.
I am happy to going back to the place where I can have fun on weekends.

I keep losing at the Gaming lounge but it is quite a luxury one because the jackpot is always so high. The staff are always friendly and helpful, Bowling and Gaming things are a big bonus for this place as it is quite entertaining. Plenty of parking and spacious place to have fun also had a pool table.

I highly recommend this place. The service from the staff was great. The place was so clean and the atmosphere was great.

I am absolutely appalled at comments made by the manager about one of the female employees. I was asking for a drink from the bar and instead of saying that the employee was ill or finished , he went into specific detail about her personal sickness !
To top it off , other staff were rude and unhelpful . Our game was stopped multiple times due to technical issues and pins not resetting. I understand these issues happen but staff took their sweet time assisting us. We will never go back and recommend others don't go with any expectations!

Food was basic. Not worth the money we spent. Half the chips were just bits not even proper chips. The serving was small as well. Burger was basic. Processed cheese was used as well.For the price it should have been real cheese. Don't waste your money.

Best place for bowling with family. Abit of everything here. Has a timeout scene, pool tables, outdoor area and gambling machines. Staff are awesome.

Absolutely loved it and will be going again soon with my other Grand Daughters. Bought Grabe One discount vouchers online, loaded up my loyalty card and away we went. 3 hours worth of entertainment for 38.00! Had some snack food along the way at the bar, service was quick and efficient. Definitely an entertainment centre i would recommend with outside parking. The facilities are amazing and well kept. Food was amazing however the bowling balls and the first 4 lanes could be updated like the rest as we felt it was messing with our game play and weren't able to make good bowls because of it. Also had problems with our lane freezing up. There was a tournament going on which took all good lanes and we did do a last minute booking. However everything such as the arcades all worked restrooms were clean and food was delicious. Great work team.

I had a great afternoon here with the family,groovy music,good facilities and helpful staff.

These bowling alleys were great, clean and had no problems with lanes. Only thing I didn't like is the timezone part. The machines are programmed to run for 20 or 40 secs. The claw games the actual claws are to loose to actually pick up any toys for the kids to win and they jam the toys in so it's even harder to free them. Waste of money. Would not recommend.

You know I was really excited to try out this place? When a couple of my friends and I entered PINS today we were greeted by a lively, friendly atmosphere, however after an hour of play we were thoroughly disappointed.

The amount of technical issues we experienced were truly unbelievable. 1 pin left? You bet the system will break down and erase your last shot! Tied scored with your friend with only one round left? Of course it crashes again, and this time it wouldn't even let us finish the game!

Some of the crashes weren't even quick fixes like you'd expect from a bowling alley. We must have doubled our time there just waiting for repairs.

Lastly, some of the music was so tragic it was genuinely distracting. Who made this playlist? They need a talking to. The One Republic cover that was played might be worst song I've ever heard.

2/5 would go again.

Nice and fun experience with friends. We had a good time and everyone enjoyed it. Each of us had 3 games, and the price includes the shoe hire. Just some balls are not looking good with lots of holes, and the machine couldn't read the strikes a few times. However, it's a good place to kill time with friends, so much fun;)

Great facility. Scored grabone voucher at $9 per person included shoe hire. This secured a good 1.5hrs for our group of 6 children. Really enjoyed it and staff was very helpful.

Awesome and fun experience, Deniz and Zane were really great at the counter very friendly and willing to help. Required our vaccine passes which was a clear requirement as mentioned on their website. Came in with a family booking of 10 which went smoothly. The centre was very nice and clean. Glad to see the Late night out deal is still active (buy one and get one free) Will always be my family late night destination and source of fun. Thanks guys for a great time as usual :-)
