I give the venue 5 stars for its set up and nice atmosphere plus the live entertainment who happened to be our friends The Noodles. Went in with a small group of 4 we were having an awesome night of drinks and food . My rant is about how the bar staff acted towards us during the night. First hour was fine.Even though we spent plenty of money over the bar they took it on themselves to cap off our bar tab during the bands last set, we weren't making any trouble or behaving badly just having a good night, even bought one of your off duty board members a few rounds he was happy to hang with us , super nice lad. Once he left things got even more awkward. Bar staff decided not to sell us anymore drinks because the board member left our table, my friend who wanted to buy the drinks presented his affiliate membership card so that was ok. Then a staff member came over to our table in a hi viz to check on us, again there was no issue we weren't causing a scene or anything. Would I go back there again? Absolutely ??'? All but one (being the well mannered female bartender) of the bar staff definitely dropped the ball and judged us. We all left the club walking straight , not stumbling out the door . Please read the room better and give customers like us a better experience. We are not animals and had no intention of causing a ruckus. Nga mihi

Bar staff weren't friendly. I stood at bar waiting for service for over 5 mins while 4 bar staff unpacked glasses, and walked past me totally ignoring me??

Limited menu options but the meal itself is good. It is very important that you take all of your personal belongings with you. My car was in the carpark and it got broken into.The only item stolen was my vape.

My first time at this place with a group function for lunch. I was impressed entering this large club, the friendly greeting at the door, the friendly staff... but lunch was rather miserable. I chose lunch from the best selling menu board and got the beef lasagna, it came with a salad and garlic bread for $15.50. I thought this seemed great value! But I was so disappointed with the very small portion of it all. The salad was more like a garnish...just a joke. Garlic bread was one thin slice of a French stick, and the lasagna was a four inch square. I would've preferred to pay a bit more and got a reasonable lunch instead of leaving hungry and going somewhere else to get another meal.
Because of the meal size being what it was, a rip off... I will never do it again.
It's such a shame this place can tarnish it's reputation on something so minor and avoidable. I don't recommend eating lunch here.

Pretty decent venue with good selection of food and drinks. Need membership or to go with a member.

Not the highest class joint in town, but great for what it is and trying to be. Consistently good food with very reasonable food and drink prices.

Friendly staff that help when needed, but don't bug you when help isn't needed.

Awesome staff. Just joined tonight. Easy process to follow and got a temporary card, so I can go anytime now. Great meals, good variety, even roast dinners. A big variety of activities to do, looking forward to trying them out.

Was invited to come in and have a look around. Ended up having lunch here. Food prices reasonable, very good portion size, flavourful, amazing. Friendly welcoming place. Looking forward to joining and becoming a member.

I always enjoy going here. Staff always friendly and food and drink good value for money. Nice environment as well.

Food was yummy. Quick service 15 means all out in 30 minutes. Tidy. Garing room for kids and adults. Prices are reasonable for the portions you get.

This establishment has potential to be a lot better than it is. Maybe due to covid and staff shortages. The club now opens later and closes earlier.
It's quite a clean facility and a relaxing atmosphere. The bistro has an affordable menu.
It's find the operating hours are not suitable for the working class people that would like go somewhere after work and wind down. Due to the closing time being variable a lot if members choose not to go in the evenings.
This is a club mainly patronised by its members and associates. I would think visitors would enjoy it.
As a long time member I see it slowly getting less desirable
Restaurant has been closed for over 2 years now. Large snooker room not used very often. Additional bars upstairs not used either.
