Food was okay but service was terrible...being that I manage a busy waterfront restaurant, I can serve over 30ppl solo still ensuring everyone has a drink full and a happy environment and so tonight going into NSS with head count of 16 restaurant customers and 3 wait staff and getting placed on a corner table with terrible lighting and having my husband make his way to the bar to get a 2nd drink after waiting 20mins with no attention and only getting serviced water when eating our last mouthful (to which we commented was a waste of time and she laughed) was totally unacceptable...would not recommend unless you wanted a corner to hide in!

You might be forgiven for thinking its just a sports bar as the bright lighting sort of dispels the restaurant atmosphere but then you get your steak and oh my its a winner! Really delicious, tender steaks and chips with just the right level of crunch. Really enjoyed our meals, thank you!

Went for a family dinner a few nights ago, unfortunately not a nice experience.
The music was so loud we couldn't hear each other across the table. The chairs were super comfy but felt like we were sitting too low or the table was too high. We had mostly all finished our drinks before our meals came. When the food arrived no one asked if we wanted more drinks nor did anyone come back to check how the meals were. The servings of chips varied between everyone's plates. 2 out of 4 steaks were undercook, they were supposed to be medium-rare but one of them was stone cold and raw in the centre!
Only good point of the experience was that the took they cost of the one steak which was still raw in the middle off the bill.
As for a steakhouse... There's only two options for sauces - garlic butter or a very watery gravy. Steak houses should have all the options for sauce, steak cut chips rather that shoestring, and actually cook they steak like they care about it!

The food was standard for the price. Only reason I rated this halfway was the lady in the counter was very nice. I approached the other service person pleasantly but received rudeness. I know it is a tough business but they are in hospitality, thus the name. Would still visit as they are one of the few sports bar in the city. Not very good especially being new here in the city. Leaves a bad mark for thr business.

We celebrate our engagement at this restaurant and it was such a great night to remember.
The food was so delicious and the staff were friendly.
The add on surf and turf is such a great idea.

We were seated and forgotten about for around an hour. People in after us had their food before us. We weren't offered water. My partner loved the garlic bread and the meals were lovely. Would go again if the customer service was a bit better but the boy we ended up getting was super apologetic and helpful.

Went to the Steak house about 3 weeks ago, we ordered two sirloin steak meals 250grms medium rare with veg and pepper sauce, one beer from tap and a coke.
Did not get sirloin got rib eye instead, the meat was tough and was well done on the outer med on the middle and a 20 cent mid rare center. Had to cut the meat into very little Peaces to manage to eat the meal was almost choking on the meat it was that hard to swallow. When we went to pay the bill was $97 for a very unsatisfactory meal we were looking forward to a steak meal but was very disappointing meal the only thing worth eating was the veges and the sauce. I can't recommend this place to anyone as a chef myself that meal was not worth what we paid.

Dine in. Food quality was below average. Had a chicken salad. Lots of salad leaves, tomatoes, red onions, carrots, bits of veges that didn't know what was. Cauliflower in salad?? Chicken. And too much mayo. Couldn't eat it. The servings size was small with the steak meal and pizza didn't have the right cheese. Waitress tried his best. Not a good experience. Not recommended

Great atmosphere . Friendly staff, Awesome food. I had the Pork Belly 😋 Reasonable Price Dining. Highly recommended A+

We booked out their upstairs bar for a family function. The food was amazing and they way it was served was awesome too. I really recommend this place, even for a couple to come out and eat. Meals were priced well and the drinks were too. The staff were also really nice

This place is not just one of the greatest watering holes. The service was amazing - food was massive and tasted delicious 🤤. Will be back for sure ??'?🏾
