Stayed here for 2 nights. Got a very reasonable room rate. Our room felt fresh, clean and fittings were good. Room had heat pump, mini fridge Tv, desk, comfortable king bed, ensuite. Bathroom was nicely tiled and shower had decent water pressure and plenty of hot water. Very pleased with accomodation. Dined in on site restaurant and recommend the Pork Roast was a great meal. Staff were friendly and professional. Only complaint would be car parking, had to park on the street both nights, as insufficient parks available. Would stay here again.

I'm currently here at Mt Richmond and I just want to take to the time to acknowledge the staff members here. Receptionist is always awesome to me and my children. General manager is so friendly and kind to just talk to. The young manager male always has a welcoming smile. I've stayed at multiple motels and hotels and I have to say the staff here are the friendliest and most welcoming staff we have ever had the pleasure to interact with.(Good job to whoever hired everyone) Room service staff are always greeting us with smiles. The maintenance man is always so kind. We love that they never rush us and are always willing to help however they can. They also help with dinners for clients in emergency housing and the food is always yum.

Very nice place most the staff was extremely lovely, two head staff there were rude and entitled, I have woken up with my door wide open, as well as the head cleaner banging on my wall to wake me up, one lady tried to blame the smell of weed in the hallway on me and when she couldn't she gave me a strike for the door closing to hard, I also got told of by her for vaping outside, cockroaches would crawl up through the walls as well, also they have just walked in when I was in the bathroom asking them to give me a minute to get out but she decided she would walk right in and ignore my request for her to give me a minute to come out of the bathroom. Walls are paper thin u can hear everything, Every other staff member was respectful and extremely kind.

Staff were friendly, made me feel welcome and showed me around first. Bed very big & so comfy, the room was a decent size. Cookies and kettle in the room was a nice touch for such a good priced room. Shower was spot on. Only negatives were the room was not soundproof/double glazed so I could hear people talking in the carpark late at night and the parking was a bit tight. I would book here again :)

Stayed in a room with a super king bed. Was firmish but comfortable. Room felt small with bed in it though. Just enough walking room. 1 chair and 2 small shelves on the wall. Bathroom was small but accommodating. Toilet felt like it was crammed in an far to close to the wall. Stand up shower head had good pressure but from over use it had become too weak to hold its self up so the shower head kept drooping. Great art work through out the hotel. Pool was much to cold to swim in the spa is a Jacuzzi for 5. All very clean. 5⭐ to the staff they assisted us very well.

I stayed here for a week and it was a great experience. The hotel is new and modern, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this place

Had my niece's 5th pool party here and it exceeded all our expectations. We went with the kids grazing table and also an adult menu. The grazing table was above and beyond what we wanted, so much so we had heaps to take home after. The adults menu was also great and everything was tasty and all that we needed. Thank you to the team that looked after us that day. We are so grateful. We hired the pool area. But because of the weather, the team kindly accommodated us to be in the Richmond room and set it all up for us as well. It is a bit awkward using the pool while hotel patrons are out and about but otherwise we had a fantastic time. Richmond hotel has done our family well many times now. Highly recommend for events.

We had our family Christmas Eve gathering there at the pool side area. Laura was a great host with her team, catering to our family needs and being available 24/7. The food was good, dessert was okay.
Maybe look into extending the pool side and pool area making it bigger 🙌 Overall it was an average experience??'?

Good sized room - spotlessly clean. Great location for the airport with a wide range of facilities, including swimming pool, laundry, restaurant, bar etc. Room service meal was very good, but especially pleasing were the helpful and friendly staff.

Reception staff were lovely, super helpful and friendly. Resturant staff were fantastic and food was delish and great value. Great value and a enjoyable stay. Will be back.

We were referred to the Mount Richmond Hotel & Conference Centre as we were looking for a suitable venue for my father's unveiling on the 05/11/2022. From our initial consultation right down to the staff who were looking after our event - everything was Stress free and Perfect. They did everything from providing the room, food, amazing service, right down to the decor (Set up and clean up) and co-ordinating any changes that we had to make on the day.

There are several menus available to choose from - We had the BBQ menu instead of the Pasefika menu and everybody who attended can't stop talking about the delicious food, the friendly and helpful staff right down to the beautiful decor of the conference room.

This place is terrible first thing is the lady on the reception was so rude with the customer. Also there is no value of money in this hotel. The room is Amazing which includes just a bed without any power spot and a toilet which looks like a public toilet.

For a four star hotel it was a disappointment. No elevator and steep staircases to drag your luggage up and down. Receptionist was friendly and informative. When we arrived at the room, there was a very strong smell of body odor, and axe body spray, almost like someone tried to cover the smell of body sweat. When we reported this, we were told that it was because a maintenance guy had been in the room before we checked in. We kept the windows open for our entire stay and the smell was still there when we checked out two days later, with the additional smells of cigarettes and weed on the second night. The bathroom had mold in the shower grouting - quite a lot of it. The restaurant food was average, and the waitress who served us was completely disinterested, spent all her time on her phone, and only asked us if we wanted a drink after we had already finished eating and we're about to leave. All in all, won't be back, and if it wasn't for the friendly receptionist and the prompt response from housekeeping when we asked for more towels then I would have made my review a one star. Expect two star experience at this hotel, not four stars.

This place is terrible! How it is 4 stars I don't know. The rooms feel like dorms and are so small. The carpet feels so sticky and dirty. The only descent thing is the bathrooms were reasonably clean. The rooms were so noisy too! The walls were so thin. Definitely not staying there ever again

The on-site restaurant has a good menu choice and quality and taste was awesome for dinner and breakfast. The staff are super friendly and helpful, location was perfect for my work trip. Downside was the water pressure in there was shockingly bad and their temperature control is just as bad, fluctuating between pure hot and cold. And the bed is 2 singles pushed together unfortunately 1 side was sitting higher than the other.
