Busy Wednesday crowd but the staff were on top of it all! Clean & tidy location with plenty car space. We will be back for another team rematch. Tango.

Great spot for bowling and pool. Enjoy the fact I can wear my own sneakers while bowling (as long as the bottoms are white).
The bar is cheap. Only paid $7 for a beer.
The Gaming machines are also fine if that's something you like to do. So many things to do all in the one place. Staff were also very friendly and accommodating to our needs.

I cannot be more disappointed than I am. This is one of the rudest arcades I have ever been to, but less rude than Newmarket Tenpin Bowling.

I tried to play a game (which ate my dollar), so I went to the desk to try and get a refund. The lady there (she had red hair?) said to me: "don't go near that game as its broken. I will refund you but don't play that ever again." She then rushed back to the counter and picked up and watched her phone.
How am I supposed to know its broken??? THERES NO GODAM SIGN!

Is it me or that the staff just doesn't care about the games? All the Tenpin Bowling places in Auckland for some reason have rude staff. Are they part of one company who loves being rude and disrespectful?? Unbelievable.

For god's sake, please do not go here because the staff are absolute basterds.

Entertaining bowling alley with pool tables and arcade games. Noticed they have been in business over 15 years at least with newly finished flooring, repaired pool tables and new layout. Staff are helpful to fix a problem when a bowling pin or bowling ball gets stuck in the bowling alley. Had a very good time with friends here. I reccommend this place to bring friends and family.

Staff are friendly and I had a lot of fun here! The bowling machines are really fast to cycle so you can finish a game quite quickly if you want to, or slow down and chat with people etc. The pool tables are quite worn though. The one we used had a broken corner. But if you know what you're getting in to you can have a good time here :)

Came with family had a game of bowling, great fun. Service was good aswell the price ??'? good place also has arcade area, pool tables, clean toilets, and food that is reasonably priced, good to have when competing. Good place and service. Recommended.

Handy location hard to find no light up sign as at night had missed it.
Had been given a lane that was continuous with problems like pins being set missing pins or pins fallen over also a game of half pins given to next player had to get it reset ,with this had to wait inline way to long to have it rectified.
Had mentioned may need to get a refund as getting inpatient with many problems
Customer Service from lady with sunshades on head had started to be rude wasnt sincerely sorry to compromise with fault of the company common courtesy to allow an upset customer to know they were looked after so that we can come back again happier to spend money.

I must admit the place is run down however the service was great! The girls had to deal with our large group booking along with their public customers and did a wonderful job. Could have better bowling balls for our chubby fingers, the food platter was huge perfect for our group and could suggest vinyl on the floors where the pool tables are?
The game zone is definately a popular area especially for the little kids. Good prices for a local activity if your looking for something fun to do.

Liked playing in there not that bad some days is fun place, staff is also easily available to talk or ready to help you also tell about if any offers going like on drinks.

I would give zero stars if I could

Staff was rude, place had a horrible smell to it, floors were ripped up, place was just generally trashed and just not great. Biggest issue for me was the person who served me and who I spoke to on the phone with (older lady, boy cut, glasses). She was rude, showed attitude towards me and my mate for no apparent reason, kept giving side eye and in general poor customer service. Don't waste your money here, travel a bit further out and go bowling or play pool elsewhere for an overall better experience, although any where else would be better than here.

Edit: After Speaking to some people, this lady mentioned above has a prejudice and weird tone with Indians in general. I would like higher management to take care of this thanks.

Friendly staff. Livrly atmosphere. Had issues with our lane machinery up but they moved us and we had a great time.
