Well today thought would take my family for a nice roast meal. Told run out of roast pork only chicken, it was only 5 past 5, okay ordered the chicken, meal was not hot, broccoli cold. Okay then after we finished told the pork is available, what's going on? There were about 16-18 people in the dining area all seated.
Then the men's toilets were out of order,Not very good for future members to join tonight.
I want to support the club and my 3 sons were planning to join but, no thanks it's got to be better than this. Plus there's no menu shown anywhere if there are other options.
Very disappointing!

06/11/23 @ 12:30pm $ close to Mangere Shopping Centre, Transport, Pakn'Save & Countdown. Entrance is covered so you can get out of your car under cover. Walk into the bar area to the left you have the restaurant, seating, covered outdoor smoking area. To the right Bar, Darts, Pool Table, Pokies, covered outdoor area. Restaurant meals were yummy ordered a Sirloin Steak Meal $25 eggs, wedges, salads, tomatoes & onions.

The food is absolutley amazing and the staff are always welcoming.

Unfortunately, I've experienced a huge decline in customer service from frontline staff, at this particular club. The facilities are what you would expect from this sort of environment, however, it is always going to be about people and how you are being received by others that's important.

Went in tonight for dinner. Usual lovely bar ladies Sharon n Geraldine weren't there. The one that dealt with us looked annoyed that we asked where to order dinner.

Left the premises. Called later to enquire about my membership card. Phone answered by very rude woman who said she couldn't help because she was busy after I gave her my card number.

Eg golf, fishing, quiz nights, raffles ect.....
