My 2 experiences at the loading ramp were both appalling, my first bad experience was on My birthday where I was asked for my I.d just to sit and eat a meal, I understand some bars and restaurants do require I.d of you look under 21 but in this chase I just turned 27. My second experience was about 1 month ago I took my 2 young children with me to eat the loading ramp for lunch, on our arrival to the loading ramp we were not greeted to a table nor were we offered a menu me and my children stood around for about 20 minutes while bar staff served everyone else around us. This is the worse experience I ever did have especially in havelock north next time I'll be sure to take this future maybe to the high media. Sort it out off the track you'll never have me as a customer

Decided to come for a night out in town and I can honestly say that my grandad with Parkinson's could mix two songs together better. Have never seen a so called "DJ" butcher mixing music so bad I would say stick to changing the wiggles CD's at a kids party but he'd probally stuff that up aswell, you'd be better of just having Spotify on shuffle. Also disgusting toilets like honestly clean up.

Lovely place, sat outside nice outside garden bar., super dog friendly, gave us attention and water straight away. Lovely friendly staff, we didn't eat here but saw the bar snacks come past looked great and very good sizes.

Appalling customer service. Manager completely disregarded the situation at hand and had little to no understanding or resolve. Worst experience I've had going out within 10 years of living in Hawke Bay. Wouldn't recommend in any capacity.. would rather drink and watch paint dry then visit here again.

Would highly recommend the Loading ramp. The waitress named Sammy did an excellent job and is the best waitress in town I say and definately needs a pay rise. the food was great!

Good service. Not set up for sporting clientel. No tab. Also acoustics very poor.Hard to hear conversation's.

We booked in for 25 or so on a Sunday after a funeral and we were well catered for. Range of food suited teenagers. Vegans etc.

A busy bustling place for a drink or meal. Easily kept warm near the open fire inside. Pizza was $23, plenty to share. Their Thursday steak was well cooked. They have a limited wine selection with roughly 3 brands of wine per type. Also a small cocktail list.
