Great food went twice and really enjoyable 😉

Absolutely love my meal every time I go there! I also think it's good bang for buck; however, the major let down is the lady with black hair who serves at the counter in the restaurant.

I have never met such a rude customer facing individual. I have been there 4 times in the last 3 months (all with different groups of people I may add) and she has been rude, cold and unwelcoming to everyone to say the least.

I personally think she would be more suited to work out of a place like the well known "Karen's" restaurant which is known for its intentionally below average and rude customer service.

I hope this is something the Cosmopolitan Club are aware of and actually have a way to overcome this issue as I have spoken with multiple people who share similar experiences and have either not returned because of her or are contemplating not returning despite how delicious the food is.

Went for the quizz night and ordered some food and some beer 🍺 and while the food was good the service was not both in the restaurant and the bar.
Both could do with an attitude adjustment or perhaps go on a course and learn the basics of customer service?

Awesome atmosphere, great staff, and this is my favorite place to eat in Levin for evening meals.

Hubby and i had a drink then tea, wow amazing meal as i love fish and there was plenty on our plates . So brought home a doggie bag. 😊😊

We had an awesome meal at the Levin Cossie Restaurant last night. Very varied menu & totally recommend dining there. We were amazed by the variety of vegetables in the hot buffet. Top mark Levin Cossie. We will be back.

Food is a draw card.. People are another we are members. Those who are members of another club. Take your family for a meal/lunch food is yum. They make a awesome lambs fry/bacon. My mouth is watering

For allowing us motor Homer's to park here, for the excellent friendly staff, the superb, reasonably priced meals & drinks were great. The cleanness throughout the club including the loos are a credit to Lisa & her team. The upgrade makes this club one of the best in NZ. We certainly will be back when passing through. Keep up the good work Lisa & team.

Was a lovely atmosphere with all walks of life, we had gone there for our work dinner. Lovely staff, food was expensive for what it was and can't say I raved about it. But very comfy, and staff were amazing.
