I went this bar last night for drinks ..one of the lady staff are extremely rude to me and said go out from this bar without offering me any drinks .in fact she is not the duty manager of this bar . Still she is showing bad and rude behaviour to me .. actually she doesn't know how to speak with customers .I highly recommend anyone to not into this bar .. extremely worst experience. And customer level service is zero ..

Bar has good atmosphere especially when karaoke is on ... only hiccup is doesn't open on time and patrons are waiting lol that's how popular it is 😊

Looks great still has the atmosphere but best of all they have another ladies loo close to the outside area

I'm a regular at the pub it was run down before but has recently been renovated it looks nice now staff are really friendly and the old timers the OGs of the pub are really awesome nice people. More people are starting to turn up now

My son approached closed doors at the main entrance of Hunters Inn yesterday (2 July 2018) about 7.30pm. Security asked "what you want?", in a very unprofessional, uncouth and ignorant manner. He asked about the restaurant (still through closed doors). Security said no. We were a family looking for a place to celebrate my 65th Birthday dinner together. It was cold, wet and raining and had 2 babies in the car. I am disgusted with the Hunters Inns response and effectively turning my son away. I have tried calling managenent only to get answermachines.

The inn used to be a welcoming place where you could go for a nice meal. Has it changed hands, closed down, not a restaurant any longer? Very unhappy. I have travelled to London and Europe, dined in many inns there and the difference is enormous. Hunters Inn Papatoetoe wake up!!! You are a service to the public. Bad reputation spreads quicker than good.

Off road truck parking, secure camera surveillance, restaurant and bar on site. Tidy and comfortable. Also night security on site 24/7.

2016... So my bro walks in and takes a seat to watch the Auckland NRL game. The bar man said if you ain't gonna buy a beer than leave and even had a go at him about paying for the sky etc. What a cuntface! I know my bro would of have eventually brought a beer once the game had started. The bar man didn't need to have a go at my bro who just took a seat. He just put my bro off and my bro walked out and told him to stick it.

Angry spoke to receptionist Mathew Monday 27th Febuary at 4pm inquired about a room vacancy for 3 adults for 1 night with a possibility of a extension for another night.Was quoted yes room was available for tonight at$120 t Gst $138.00 consist of 2 single beds & 1 double which I said great ,my next question was do you do WINZ quotes he said yes then a bit later said No ,at that point I asked to speak to his manager he said he'd call me back ,I insisted il hold go get your manager or duty manager for the day .A woman came on the line apologised & said they were under renovation 3 truck drivers had just booked the room he quoted was in the middle of the rooms that we're having work done to them,so left frustrated urgently needing accomodation a simple yes/or No to a WINZquote & a room angry bird me so not happy with service Mathew Hunters Inn Papatoetoe😠😠😠
