Great pub, Friendly atmosphere and awesome laughs.

Had dinner thea last night. Ordered the beef schnitzel meal. The schnitzel was hard as, even the knife had trouble cutting into it.

Great little bar tucked away at Church Corner.
I always get a cheery welcome when I visit.

I ordered the steak egg and chips with a side of garlic bread through uber eats.
The delivery was prompt, the chips were delicious, the garlic bread was too divine for and the egg- fried still runny inside and i put ontop of the garlic bread... so good l!! HOWEVER! went to eat the steak...it was tough .. so tough I couldn't even bite through.. I tried and half the side or the steal ripped off and onto was very hard to chew,.steak had good flavor but so tough .. can't eat without chewing a million times which means I can't combo.eat the chips eggs garlic bread and steak together or I'd be looking like and feeling like a cow chewing in a paddock..🤷‍♀️

Terrible customer service, bossman was on his phone the whole time. Then he tells us the kitchen is closed, so me and my friends just got drinks. 5 mins later a family comes in and he serves food to them. I hate this place bossman is a ****

Good atmosphere & great ribs. Had ribs at Cobb & Co last week. These were significantly better. Will be back for more.

Very strange as the menu was restricted to wedges and pizza when I arrived and none of the other items mentioned on the website or in other reviews were avaliable.

Seems like a good pub to go to if you're up for either a punt or watching rugby, would not rely on this as your dinner spot from my experience though.

Venue was clean, staff were super friendly and the house "H&J" beer on tap was great (+reasonably priced).
