Awesome place to stop into on a trip and has motels if need to rest - kewl wee out of town place to visit for refreshments

Nice place. I stayed here with my dad back in April last year and it was an awesome place. We also went to see my dad's mates at the pub, which was cool as a non-drinker myself, but I did have a Sprite. Would come back if I had the chance to.

Fairly basic kiwi pub - one brand of wine on offer, but plenty of beers.
Hots were lovely and very friendly.
Unfortunately due to sickness the kitchen was closed while we were there - most other reviews comment on the wonderful food, so our loss.

A very warm and welcoming atmosphere once you enter into the premises. Customer service brilliant, meals and bar snacks, readily available and reasonably priced. The location of the hotel is centrally positioned, in the middle of the town and close to the beaches.

We had a great a nite the bar meals were so good everyone enjoyed them The Barman looking after us was so attentive as we were still level 2 Highly recommend

Absolutely beautiful meal. Staff where so friendly and accommodating, we arrived 15 mins before they closed, were a big group too, and were so lovely. We definitely will be back . Thank you .

My partner and I had steak and a dozen oysters plus a garlic bread for dinner. Steak was cooked just as I asked and the oysters were great. And all very reasonable prices. Will definitely be back.
