Bought it cheap, so had not many expectations. Have basic amenities. Bit old style. Window framing need some work. Position of toilet, toilet paper holder, bit awkward. But everything works. Luckily it was Quiet too for us.. Tv channel 1,2,3. Fridge etc. Check pictures i posted

Outstanding service, tidy room and a lovely stay

Small room,forget to give you towels,people walking and yelling up the hallway late at night,and early in morning.Will never go back.

no milk available for coffee,
no hot meals available, coz there's no chef,
cockroach's in the room,
NO Sky, just chanel's 1, 2 n 3.
but there's a fish n chip shop over the road,
and a bloody good one at that too................
what a saviour!

Warm for a quiet night

As this is my local here in Wairoa I am only too happy to share. Denise and her staff are wonderful friendly hosts. You can pop in and an order a burger and chips while you sit in tbe public bar and enjoy all the hunting history on the walls. Photos of rugby 🏉 players whom are local legends. If you want a more intimate dining experience, the restaurant is open from 5-8 pm where Denise showcases some of her signatures dishes. Chicken n mushroom pasta, huge steaks. Loving fresh ???- salads. You can enjoy your favourite beverages and a wholesome meal in a lovely relaxed environment, with your family and friends. ♥

Just had a meal here and can't rate it high enough. The burgers were the best I've ever had and a generous serving of perfect chips. Wonderful, friendly service and the bottle of wine didn't break the bank as it often does. Thanks for a memorable evening.
