Always a good vibe at the empire. Karaoke goes off its always a good night. Great pokie room too if that's what you're into

I booked a night here for the 20th of May, turned up in the dark by myself to a closed building. I called them and asked them to let me in for my hotel room. They proceeded to tell me that they weren't open until the following day. No apology. Blamed in on booking.com who have told me it is the properties responsibility to update their availability.luckily found somewhere else to stay but had to pay almost double what i originally intended to. Not impressed.
