This might not be the most useful comment just because I love this place. Ambient is always cozy and the food is very good. We have had a couple of issues with food taking too long. However the staff is always on top of the things and everything has been taken care of every time.

This place is an easy 5 star for me. All the times we went here we got great food and great service.

The lamb roast special is a must for first timers.

I had a cauliflower salad of some sort on a laidback Sunday and it was exactly what I wanted without knowing I needed it.

And then there's $1 chicken every Fridays! It is a definite value for money. Order some fries or salad on the side and you have a feast for a fraction of a cost. Just make sure to come early as it runs out pretty quickly.

Cheesy garlic bread is very recommended if you visit though. looking across the table to another's plate of fish and chips w/ egg on the side, I say is a must try

Nice and mellow place for drink with mates or a quick bite. The staff are friendly and caring and they check up on you frequently despite a full house. Excellent service. The appropriately price meals are decadent and robust. I would love to go back again.

Oldie but a goodie, was always nice to eat in - when my kids were very young,now in their 20's. Staff were friendly, service was good, Great covered outdoor area. Still a great place to call in after work.

The staff were really nice, but they kept coming over a little too much, to see if everything was alright. The food was lovely, but I felt the interior needed a lift. The place was a bit dark. A good visit though, for a casual lunch.

The food was OK, staff were nice and they have a decent selection of on tap beers. The prices weren't too bad either.
