Went in 2 celebrate my grandads 80th birthday.. we sat in the place for over 2 hours then the kitchen opened up.. went to go order my family our dinner to be told I won't be served if I have my benie (hat) on az I look up 2 see all the staff other than her were all wearing hats... I just looked at her and said fine well leave.... with food prices that high and comments that Ritch I'll never be back

Loved the ABBA and Fleetwood Mac night. Staff were under pressure and very off-putting. Great night at Club Vista.... shame about the bar staff. Security guy was great ??'?

My family had a bad experience here last night. Wasn't aware you had to be signed in as Ōtaki RSA you don't need to to have a meal. Was asked if we had any family who are members explained to them my husbands mother was but we buried her the day before. We chose this place in memory of her. Some kind person signed us in after noticing 11 of us having difficulties. Finally ordered our meals then proceeded to order drinks (non-alcoholic)which were all poured infront of us then bar lady made an issue again. Disgusting service in all the RSA i have been to over the years never had a bad experience until now.

Good atmosphere and food was great

Had my wedding there beginning of June. We decorated ourselves and the place looked awesome! Kapiti Island in the background makes good photos. Ed and staff did our food beautifully. Thank you Management and staff of Bar and Restaurant for makin our special day so wonderful and special!!! xxx

I am a returned member of the club and I guess could be a little biased, but it's good food, good selection of drinks and a nice atmosphere.
