have been there unfortunately not for food so i cant comment on that i went and played the machines staff friendly although i didnt really talk to them other than a friendly hello pretty calm atmosphere

It's a shame this place has taken a dive. Not the manager's fault. But the owners. Who have this and 4 other bars in Wellington with pokies for the commission on the gambling. They couldn't care less about the bar. The sooner the government closes the loophole allowing bars to be gambling dens the better.

Don't go here. Toilets are awful. Pub has no atmosphere, and service is hit and miss depending on the mood of the inexperienced staff.

Nice local pub atmosphere. Friendly staff and the manager is awesome. They have 2 great pool tables and regular pool competitions on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Plus Sky Sportthe on a big screen.

Awesome pub!! The staff here are incredible: bar tenders, bouncers, the lot. The chef knows how to cook! And it's all reasonably priced. Would 100% recommend and will come back regularly. Pool comp on Wednesday and Thursday you are that way inclined, and the patrons here are incredible. Beer garden is great too, with the option of even playing your own music on the juke box

Took my 18yr old out and we had fun. Caught the end of a 70th Birthday Celebration and the people were great to talk too. The Staff were great the place has changed since 22yrs ago but playing pool and playing music is awesome plus gaming machines were there as well .
