Was a quite lunch time took 30mins to get our food ordered the steak and eggs steak was so tough was not nice to eat and my wife had rhe pasta and that tasted burnt won't be back

14 people in the restaurant and took over an hour to get our meal then it was not what we had ordered then when it did arrive my wife's pasta was stone cold never again

Typical bar food. Kids are always pleased to come here. Not well kept kids area.

Not good at all! First off I got a glass of water with lipstick on it, then Took an hour to get our food and when we did get our food they forgot part of it and never brought it out to us. The table next to us never got their starters. My mushrooms in my burger felt like cardboard I couldn't even eat half the burger.

Ordered a garlic bread, steak, and pasta. Garlic wasn't cooked on the bread which made it a bit hard to eat, the steak was well done when we ordered medium rare and the side salad was dry and looked old. Also very much overpriced, the only decent food was the chicken mushroom pasta.

Lovely service - I can see some people really like coming here on the reviews so really to your preference. I brought the chicken schnitzel for lunch to take-away. Personally the salad was tasteless for me - couldn't taste the dressing, ended up mixing the plum sauce in. The chicken looked dry on the outside but was tender inside. Chips required more salt - could of added if dinned in. Cost $14. Rated two star as I've eaten better food in timaru that I'd given 4 stars, just didn't think it was fair to rate close to that. I guess the good in Timaru is pretty average. Yet to find a place to 5 🌟 Eaten all over the place so have to be honest aye. Maybe I'll change it when I get used to eating the Timaru quality of food or if my cooking gets worse 🤷

Had lunch here today on our way to Cromwell. The food was okay but the service was tentative and sub par. The thai fish cake tasted off. The roast beef, pasta and fish and chips were just fine and nothing to rave about. My main concern was with the service.

Is a vary good place for gathering and delicious foods.Have the friendly waitress.
